It won't be just the days within the holiday range, but any and all days of the booking if one of them falls within "holiday" designation.

to answer your question, Rover lists the following as a holiday period. Memorial Day: May 24 - May 30. However, like Karen said, if any portion of the stay falls within those dates, Rover automatically charges your holiday rate (if you have one) for the entire stay. You can manually edit the amount if you don't want to charge that higher rate for the whole stay.
