Do you know the contact support page on rover.com is not working?

The contact page does not work. It freezes and you cannot select the type of issue so you can move forward with the contact.

I have questions about my upcoming booking and why holiday rates are being applied to non-holiday days. Holiday rates are supposed to be for Jan 11-Jan16, but the 17th and 18th were also booked at holiday rates. I've already paid for this visit and didn't notice the discrepancy until today.

The Rover team do not typically look on this forum. The contact page seems to be working fine for me. If you are having trouble with it freezing on you there is always the option to contact Rover Support through their telephone number [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and hopefully they will be able to answer your inquiries.

If a booking includes any dates within the holiday period, the holiday rate will be applied to the entire booking.Here is the article that describes how holiday rates are applied https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...
