Will it effect pending or scheduled visits if I change my rates?

I want to change my rates. if I do, I presume it will not effect visits I have already confirmed/ scheduled. BUT will it change the rate for any one who has a pending visit?

If someone has booked with you, that means they have paid for your services. The rate change only affects new bookings. If something is pending, the rate in effect at the time the contact was made is used.
