Where did these mystery phone charges come from?

I have 2 large phone charges on my account. The number is 858-433-4234. When I call this # to see what it is, the answering says it is Rover. Why has this happened? It has cost me $43.60.

If you were traveling internationally and you called or your sitter called you that might explain the charge. However, I would call Rover Support @ 888-453-7889.
