Anyone else have issues getting paid for your Guaranteed Wage Time Block?

I did a Quick Match guaranteed wage block on Monday and got paid for the individual walks which totaled less than the guaranteed $75. I called Rover support and they said Quick Match issues could only be solved by texting the Quick Match support team. I've texted them several times yesterday and today with no response. They've responded almost immediately about many other issues...

When I call that number it redirects to the main support line where they tell me to text the support team. Anyone else deal with a similar thing? A bit frustrating.

Yes I had the same thing happen! Was counting on getting paid $150 for 2 time blocks and got $12 instead. Did they ever correct your pay? I still need to call them about it.

Since the pet owners pay the same amount, the original amount for the walk ($12) will always be automatically added to your account and then Rover has to manually add the remainder (2 days after the timeblock). The additional deposit will show under the "Other" tab instead of "Payments".

And I think they only do deposits M-F, at least that was the case the last time I checked.
