New PayPal Account not transferring?

Hi sitters! I changed over to a new PayPal account a few months ago, which I added on rover. It won't let me delete the old one, but also keeps sending my sitter deposits to the old one. I have the new one marked as first also. Has anyone else ever had an issue after adding a second PayPal?
