Can I adjust daily calendar hours for availability?

I have a very dynamic work schedule with meetings so sometimes I might not be available for certain times of the day to doggy sit. Is there anyway to show on a daily / weekly basis (not permanent) hourly times you are free? For example I got a request today for Doggy Boarding for Friday, which I have marked as free but I'm not free until 2p but then free the rest of the weekend. Unfortunately they needed to have the dog dropped off in the morning which I can't accommodate. I'd love be able to show / adjust on a daily basis which hours work but not as a permanent scheduled.
