Some of my customers think the boarding "Overnight" Rate includes the day, as opposed to daycare and boarding separately. Is the Boarding defined as 12 hours overnight or a full 24 hour day including daycare?

Rover allows sitters and clients to make their own customized arrangements, so some people may agree on it being 12 hours or something else.
The rate covers the 24 hour period from the time of drop off.
Correct. While us, regular dog business owners take Overnight as a 12 hr period, Rover takes "overnight" as a 24hr period!
So when do u charge late fees & how much & is it one rate or by the hour ?
I'm currently struggling with this myself. I've had a handful of stays that didn't have them picking up their pups until 8/9/10 in the evening. In a way shame on me for not asking before the stay but I think it would be great to have an anticipated pick up time in the stay req.
