Wrong Number?

One of the numbers I was messaging today (Kimberly F. ) would sometimes respond and go to her and sometimes it seemed like it was someone else. Your tech team can go review the conversation. She finally ended up giving me her cell number because sometimes she would get the message and respond and sometimes it would go to someone else and they said they weren't Kim and to stop messaging them. I called the other number she gave me and we are meeting. I told her what happened and she was unaware that someone else had been messaging me.

Hi Tiffany,

This can sometimes happen if your client does not have their phone number verified on Rover. The good news is there is a simple fix for this. Your client (Kimberly) needs to log into her Rover and click "edit profile" and then "phone number." From there, she just needs to click "verify" and this should fix any issues with the Rover number.
