How do I get rid of a "pending request"?

I contacted more than one sitter, as suggested--one was available, I contacted her and booked the stay. The other one, who messaged to say she wouldn't be available, is displayed on my page as "pending stay"...no option to delete. This is annoying, don't know if it will still be there or maybe be a problem if I have to book a sitter in the future...even if it's not a problem, it's messy and annoying.

Hey try placing the "Pending" message under "Archive"....I don't know if Owners have the same out messaging layout as Sitters. But We have to select a specific reason as to why we're Archiving a Pending message, (Ex:Owner didn't respond, Owner find another Sitter,I was unavailable for the reque...

Owners cannot archive, the poster is an owner!

Owners cannot archive booking requests like sitters can do. However here is a quick tip to make them go away. For each booking you didn't use navigate to that booking and hit the edit button and change the days you wanted a sitter to the current date, they will auto archive in a day or two.
