how do I create a custom quote with a special service?

You can create a drop-in if it's a repeat client. If not, have them send you a booking for a drop-in. Make sure it is explained the booking will only be 15 minutes. To adjust the rate, make sure you go in and change it BEFORE the booking is confirmed. You can select "Modify", and then change the amount in the "Pet Visit" category on the app. Hope that helps!
