Book a stay with different visits per day?

How do I tell my client to book a sitting with 2 drop ins one day, 3 the next, and 1 the following day? The app seems to want the same number of drop ins per day, but that's not how most people live.

Yup the App doesn't support different visits on different days! It is a pain in the ass but you have to ask your client to make multiple booking requests to handle this:

Day 1 - 1 visit Day 2 - 2 visits Day 3 to 5 - 3 visits

You can have them send you a request for each day individually, or you can send a message to Rover asking them to modify the booking. To do this, go into the app and select the booking. Tap the little "i" in the circle at the top right, scroll down and select "Cancel Booking" (this will not cancel the booking), and a page will pop up that says "Modify or cancel". Of course, you'll select "Modify", which is a big green button. Go ahead and send a message that is VERY thorough to make sure there's no confusion. List each date and how many visits per day the client wants. Rover will usually go ahead and modify the booking and send you an email within the next 24 hours. Be aware, there isn't the support yet for Rover to show different visit amounts for each day, so don't pay mind if it still says you're dropping by three times a day. As long as you get the email confirming the modification, you're good to go.
