I've tried sending short videos of pets to their parents using their Rover # but they say they aren't getting them. Is there another way I can post video for them to see it? Thanks!
You should be able to send videos through the messaging system in the app, as long as they are less than 10 seconds long.
This question was never answered! I can’t send any videos through the app because it won’t work at all. I click video then it says “rotate to record”, so I rotate, but it won’t let me record. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled and updated. Nothing works! I have latest IOS too! Someone help!
I too have problems with the videos but for me nothing records.
