Im really confused as how to send links to a clients. Also i have payments pending not sure why?

Im really confused as how to send links to a client who just reached out to me. They messaged me and i really don't understand how to send them a link to book?

Also i have 40.00 pending I'm my account 20.00 from a walk last week its a recurring client why is it still pending?
