How to establish a holiday sharing arrangement with another rover sitter?

I am interested in how other sitters are handling this type of thing for holidays. I am going to be out of town for a week around say Thanksgiving, Yet I will be here at Christmas, New Years, I would like to arrange with another sitter for them to be able to pick up any of my clients during that time, and then I would pick up any of her clients so she/he could have a break during the holidays. There would be a non-recruit agreement, i.e.: I am not trying this as a way to "steal your clients" really. I want the best for all of us and the dogs and humans we care for.

My thinking is, to be able to point my client to another rover sitter, so all of the booking is still handled through rover, and all agreeing that this is an appropriate fill in dog sitter.
