Do customers receive Rover Cards if they do not have the app?
I am a little confused about the Rover Cards and if there's a way to confirm that the client sees them. I use them for dog walks but often times the clients will ask me how the walk went, even though I successfully completed a Rover Card. I have a few questions regarding this:
Are customers able to see Rover Cards if they do not have a Rover app?
Do you send a message to the customer in addition to a Rover Card once a walk is complete? I don't want to be redundant or overwhelm the customer with repetitive updates, but also want to make sure they are getting info promptly.
