Why is my profile info gone?

I set up a sitter profile a while back and now have dog photos I want to add. I can see my account however no info is populated except my email address: lorievermartin@comcast.net. Do I need to start my profile over now?

Something similar happened to me. I applied and in fact another person submitted a testimonial an hour ago and the entire dog sitter application I put together is gone. all the photos and information and when I click the button to become a sitter it just takes me back to the limited profile with my name and picture. I understand if I was rejected, the problem is none of this was communicated to me which is both vague and unprofessional on their part. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I recommend you call Rover Support @ 888-453-7889 as I suspect your profile has been turned off or not approved due to lack of activity
