4 dogs paid $15 per dog for drop in visit and drop in lasted 32 minutes is this what I should expect for $60.00?
Drop-in visits are for 30 minutes.

You should look for a sitter who charges a discounted rate (or nominal charge) for additional pets.
If it is always a good idea to go over your expectations with a sitter at a Meet & Greet prior to booking. If, for example, you expected the sitter to stay for 2 hours (4 x 30 minutes), the sitter could have told you whether that was possible.
