I received a text to my phone saying that they had marked me as away. How do I change that? I don't want to be marked as "away" on my profile. Thanks!
Rover probably marked you as away due to inactivity on your part. You have no reviews or testimonials. You haven't earned any badges and your response rate to clients is pretty low. I'm pretty certain you need to call Rover Support to get this changed. But are you really interested in being a sitter??

Click on Show Options to change the Away mode. However, I would contact Rover to find out why they marked you as Away.
