i signed up to be a sitter last summer, why haven't i been approved or emailed yet ?

i signed up around July or August 2016 to become a dog sitter and i have not been approved by the website and i have not been emailed about what im missing or any qualifications ive missed

I still dont know what was wrong with my profile. I had to completely redo everything, i got approved right away.

You seem to have an active profile, which means that Rover approved you at some point.
