I edited our "about me" profile but it won't update on Rover.com. Is the system not working or is this user error?

I re-wrote our Rover sitter profile this morning and aftter hitting "save and continue" it will not upload.

I get message below (in red) and says 0 word count below that...frustrating, any ideas? Perhaps profle content is approved by Rover before posting to full site?

Yes and thanks. I removed my promo code from profile and uploaded immediately.

Figured it out...I removed sentence below from revised profile and it uploaded instantaneously.

Didn't realize I could not use promo code in Rover profile. Lesson taught by...technology.

I am unsure but I know that when I did that, I forgot to hit "save" each time and it would not save. Each thing that you choose needs a save. If it still gives you issues, Rover's help desk is awesome!
