I got a $25.00 thank you off pet sitting from rover.com screen but no promo code. how do i redeem my first time sitter money off offer?

I signed up for Rover and at the end of my sign up a screen came up that said Thanks! Here's $25.00 off from Rover. As a thank-you, enjoy off pet sitting from Rover .com, the nation's largest network of 5-star pet sitters and dog walkers. Get $25 Rover credit.

When I clicked next I got a help screen but no place to find a code for the $25.00 credit. when I called the help line and was told without the code all they could do was give me a one time $20.00 credit. Is this a scam? The code should have been given through the sign up process. Looking on line, I'm not the only one who has had the same problem with not getting a coupon code for the first time sign up. I didn't want to pay for a reservation without having this cleared up first. Please let me know where I can find the code I need . thank You, Judy bzyshopper@yahoo.com
