I get booking requests late at night when I am sleeping which effects my call back time shown. How do I fix it so it does not look like I take a while to respond?

I was showing to respond in under 1/2 hour and when I get requests at night when I am sleeping it makes it appear that I am responding not in a reasonable about of time. I thought there was a way to adjust this somehow but can't find it

Set "quiet hours" in settings on pc. That will hold the message for you until the morning and start the clock from then
