Does Rover have a means to help a sitter than cannot finish out the stay by finding another available sitter?
How does one do this?
How does one do this?
I try to have a network of Rover sitters in my area that could help of ever I was unable to finish a stay. I have met them and observed them with their client's dogs and once I feel satisfied the sitter will give the same high standard of care I give, I keep them in mind for just that reason.
As previous sitter said , yes Rover Support will help you with this. However, do keep in mind that they will put your account on hold. Rover takes it very seriously when a sitter has to cancel a stay. Upon review will decided if they will continue to allow you to be a sitter on Rover.
Yes they do! Call Rover ASAP and they will let you know your options
Thanks all. It wasn't my situation. I was actually trying to help a dog-owner and thought about asking the question here.
