Need to contact my sitter, but she is marked as Away?

I have a house-sitting service beginning in 2 days. I have not spoken with my sitter since I booked the stay in May, and I need to verify when she is able to arrive on Friday. She is marked as away and has not responded via the app. How can I get in touch?

I'd suggest you call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. Rover likely has additional information or ways to contact her. If for some reason the sitter you selected is no longer available, Rover will apply that payment towards another sitter (Rover holds all booking payments until after the services are complete).
