Does anyone has clients complaining about the 5%?

Somehow they don't think it's fair...since we already get cut 15-20%. Some of my clients keep complaining about this, especially for a long stay. What do you all think?

The 5%-7% service fee that Rover levies on customers is capped at $25 per booking. So, for a long stay, as a percentage it would be lower. The fact that Rover takes a percentage of our earnings really isn't relevant for a customer because it isn't anything they pay explicitly.

I didn't know the max is at $25. I will let the owners know in the future. Thanks

And its fully refundable vs. Dogvacay would keep it

None of my clients have commented on it. That being said, it's only charged to new clients who book after a certain date (I forget what it is). Those who are repeat clients who first booked before that date are not charged.
