Issues booking due to "said" duplicate information?

I can't book for this weekend as it says I have a cell number and email address that are in use by another customer. I'm a transfer http://dogvacay.com customer and notice how nothing transferred as you said it would. How can I book for tomorrow????

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with booking! It seems to me that your account had duplicated in the transfer process...but I could be wrong here.
