Does anyone know what questions are asked for the sitter reviews?

I received a 4 star review and want to know what questions are asked so I can improve.

They rate your service and leave written public review. Then there is a series of questions and options for further details that go privately to Rover. I can't remember the exact wording, but this will give you general idea. If you owner rates you lower than 5 stars they automatically reach out to owner and follow up as to why lower rating.

  1. Was pet properly cared for? (following food/play instructions/ animal stressed/ vet care needed) 2. Was sitter professional? (on time/ clean/ honest/ handle emergency) 3. Was your house (or their house if service there) cared for proper? (nothing taken/ left clean) 4. Would you book them again? Why or why not?

Hi Serina, do you know if a rating is mandatory? I had my first client recently but he did not leave a review, and I'm wondering if he's going to.

It is NOT mandatory. Thats why its always good to emphasize the importance when they pick up dog. I always give my guests handwritten note *and* verbally tell them.

This article from the help section of this site describes submitting the owner review. There is a star rating and a box to add the review comments, no questions are asked: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

There are about 5 main questions asked. Each with an opportunity for owner to be more detailed in response.
