Can I see the profile of the people who are asking me to sit their dog?

It's nice that I can see the photo of the dog, but I'd love to know more about the people I'm letting into my home for meet-n-greets, pickups, daycare, etc. Also, why can't I see what part of town they are in? I don't want to know their exact address, but if they are hitting me up for dogsitting in their home I'd like to know where they are located.

Is there a way to see the profiles of potential clients?

The clients are not required to post any personal information about themselves, just their animals. I would suggest asking them in a message what part of town (zip code, neighborhood, etc) they live in, especially if you have a limited service area. I only do house sitting and drop ins within my zip code so I always ask before continuing the conversation for these services.

I just had a request and she mentioned she is near the local high school in her text . It was more helpful than just having that she was 2.2 miles away. Too bad more don't do this!

I think it would be great if the Rover told us approximately where the client is located...such as "Suzie's home is 1.5 miles away"...or something like that.
