How do customers review my service?
A customer wants to leave a review of my service bu doesn't know how.

Rover sends new clients an email 2-3 days after the stay ends, asking them to review the stay and leave a star rating. There is a link in the email to do so. If they did not get the email have them contact Rover Customer Service.
