$10 recurring fee charged?
I may have authorized a one time $10 background check fee, but it is coming up in my banking as a RECURRING fee. How can I avoid further billings?

Recurring is a label added by the bank, so it most likely isn't a recurring charge unless you approved that with Rover. If you only paid for something and authorized it once, then Rover will not charge again.
