Charging the wrong rate?

I'm having an issue with the correct rate being applied when a customer sends me a request. For some reason it defaults to my "extended-stay" rate which is $28/day instead of my standard rate of $25/day. Additionally, it is charging owners with multiple pets for each pet individually instead of my "additional dog" rate. I have to go in and modify almost every request to reflect the actual rates I want to charge my customers, which is not only inconvenient but I'm concerned it sends the wrong impression to customers when they see one rate but get charged another. Is this an issue anybody else is having and if so was there some sort of setting I'm overlooking?

No one ever answered your question from May17, hopefully you figured out you have to change your profile rates to properly charge your clients with a new booking request

My profile rates are $45 a day, after the percentage taken out, I'm suppose to get $38.25. Rover charged the client $33! And is taking out the percentage from that. So not cool.
