What should I do if my dog wont eat and is throwing up?

My dog is ill! She won't eat anything and also threw up. Should I be worried? How can I check for poisoning? What can I give her for quick relief?

I think the best thing to do is have your dog seen by a vet. There are some VERY serious causes for not wanting to eat and vomiting.
