Can I change my rates without affecting my currently booked services?
We're thinking about changing our rates but don't want the change to take effect until after our currently booked dog-sitting services have happened. Is that possible or will the pricing change even for those customers who have already made a reservation with us?
I found that locking in their rates under the details section after they book you prevents those rates from changing no matter how many times you change them. I lock in all my booked customers as soon as they book so that it doesn’t change their mind about future bookings with you.
