Can potential customers see how a host archived when customer doesn't respond?

Example: I get a request for a dog stay in my home for specific dates. I respond that I do have availability and would like to schedule a meet & greet with them and their dog(s) on (date) and (time) and provide my address. I ask if the date and time is good for them. I don't get a reply within a few minutes and wait about 30 minutes before asking if they were still interested. No reply. So I archive as "Owner didn't respond". Can the potential customer see how I archived them? Also, I don't like giving out my address unless or until the owner responds they are interested in scheduling a meet & greet. Can I send a message that I am available and wait for a reply before I give out my address?

No, they can't see how you archived your request & you don't have to give out your address until/if you want to. I only give out my address after we've agreed to a meet-n-greet.

Good to know, Thanks! I will wait until I get a response they want to come for a m&g before I give out my address.

I agree with not giving out your address until the M&G is firmly scheduled.

I wait 24 hours after I respond to an initial request for a stay, then send a reminder message, are you still interested? If no response in 24 hours after that, I archive as owner didn't respond.

Thanks Cari! I will wait until the customer responds stating they do want to schedule a meet & greet before sending my address.

FYI: Doesn't any other reason than "not available" ding your metrics? I have archived that owner's plans have changed, or that an owner is not a good fit (for a very good reason) and my metrics seem to take a hit. The only time they don't is when I say "not available."
