What social media advertising do you do to promote your business?

Do you post ads and info to CraigsList, Google+, your business fb, Instagram, LinkedIn, Business To Business aka B2B? Are you also with Rover Match? Are there any other advertising you do: Sign in your yard, car, neighborhood tear off, etc.? What results from the ones you use do you get the most traffic or business? I know it depends on rover host geographical location. I am interested in seeing what works for you. Thanks.

I really push Facebook. I encourage friends/family to tag anyone they know who needs assistance. I'm involved in animal rescue, so word spreads fast there. I don't do anything other than that and see good results. I'm interested in the tear off signs now though!

I post ads on my local Buy/Sell/Trade pages on Facebook, and bump them up weekly. I also post on Google+. I've gotten a few clients from my Facebook ads. I just started a Facebook Rover.com Pet sitter page. I make tear off ads and post them at a local pet food/supply store, grocery stores, a local family restaurant board, and also boards of the local Chinese restaurant and a pizza place boards. I've gotten the most business from my tear off ads and replenish the ads monthly.

These are some Great ideas. Are you a regular customer at the restaurants and pizza place? Some places like coffee shops won't let me post unless I become a regular customer.

Yes, I am! I only post in non-chain - family owned local restaurants. I've heard Starbucks has a board to post on, but I never go there.

I use Craigslist. I'm pretty confident that it works because even when I don't get bookings, I've noticed my promo code being redeemed.

I have my #pattieswaggintails Instagram page and in syncs to my Facebook page for my business. I am listed in Google maps , I have a google my business page, I created business cards via vistaprint and car magnets. I also have a lawn sign :-)
