Why aren't some of my reviews showing up on my profile?

If someone doesn't leave a comment with the star rating, the review doesn't show up on the profile.

Hi Susan- Sometimes customers will just click on the star rating without leaving a comment/review. So, in that case you won't see who left a review. Your star rating will sometimes be more (or less) than the comment/review. Sometimes the customer will leave a Great review and not click on any of the stars. When a pet parent comes to pick up their pet(s), you can mention to them that rover will send them a request for a review. Potential new customers like to read what others say about the care you provided to their pets.
