Yeast is a fungus that thrives in dark, moist enviroments. If she has very furry feet, it might help to clip the excess long hair between her pads and toes so they dry faster when they get wet. A vinegar rinse is a good idea because it's not toxic if she licks her feet after. If she goes outside while it's wet towel dry her feet when she comes in.
It's best to keep your dog's feet dry after running in the mud, the water, or the rain puddles whatever it may be. The moisture can cause infection sometimes. I recommend going into the vet to further identify the issue at hand.
