Is there a way to book a different number of drop-in visits per day?

I have a client who wants me to come 2x one day and then just in the morning the next day, as they'll be coming home shortly thereafter. The stupid booking page only lets you book the same number of drop in visits per day?! That can't be right, is it? Of course people might need a different number of visits per day. How can we book for just 3 visits, 2 one day and one the next? The only way I can see to do this it to book for 2 visits then extend the stay? That seems rather backwards and awkward as the client will have to then pay twice?

thanks! Fawn

Perhaps you could set up the stay for 1 visit each day, then add on as a miscellaneous charge the second visit of the first day. That's how I would do it.

I asked http://rover.com on Facebook and the reply they gave me was to book 2 drop-ins per day for the 2 days, then to go in and manually adjust the amount owed down to 3 days. Seems rather backwards to me and that there could potentially be a lot of errors doing it that way, but that's what I did.

Yes but it still sets up a rover card for the drop in that does not exist

I saw what was posted on the Rover FB group and what was suggested is incorrect. You need to be sure all your visits/services are covered by the insurance.

As you already know Rover does not currently allow for varying number of visits over multiple days. You will have to create multiple booking requests with your sitter, using this as an example,:

Day 1 - 1 visit Day 2 - 2 visits Day 3 to 5 - 3 visits Day 6 - 1 visit

Well with 4 visits booked, but only actually doing 3 visits, wouldn't the insurance cover the 3 visits? Booking multiple visits like that separately seems weird too, then the client would have to pay multiple times? I figured that if someone from http://rover.com was telling me this was how to do it.

that that must be the correct way!?
