My client booked a two night dog boarding stay with me, but they returned a day early from their trip. How do I issue them a partial refund? Is that possible?

You have two options. Either call or email Rover support. Just reference the guest name, your name, and email address associated with the account, and the amount you want refunded. They'll process it and usually state the guest will see it in 2-3 business days.
