How can I re-email a possible sitter? I haven't heard back?

I'm wanting to contact Linda in Incline Village, NV. She hasn't answered my request on availability in June.

Sorry to hear that the sitter has not responded to your request. You can always send another message via your inbox here on Rover.

It is surprising that you haven't had any response at all since I can see that Linda has a 100% response rate usually within a half an hour. We sitters are measured on our responsiveness. Try reaching out again via your inbox, if the message/request is there or, if not, then it may be an indication that something went wrong during your initial attempt to contact her.

If you are still having problems making contact or submitting a request, then you should call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and they will always help.

If you go to your inbox you can send her another message! However, if a sitter isn't responding I would go ahead and message another sitter you might be interested in to make sure you have coverage.

You may want to check her calendar to see if she is/was available when you sent her a request for your dates. If she is showing unavailable, she may be taking a personal day or vacation time off. If she is showing unavailable and you have used her services in the past, check her calendar to see when she is showing available and contact her then. If she is showing available, try sending a request through a computer. It could have been a glitch. Sometimes the system does glitch when it is being upgraded. I hope you connect.
