have 19 year old insulin dependent cat who needs injections 2x/day. Where do I search for this?

You can search for a sitter from Rover's main page. Just select Drop In Visits, enter your zip code, and a list of sitters should show. You can add a filter for cat sitters and other details by clicking on the Filters area in the middle of the screen. Be sure to read through the profiles of the sitters that show to ensure a good fit for you and your cat. Once you find a sitter you like, click on Contact this sitter to set up a meet & greet.
