I was asked to walk a dog for 1 hour. On Rover app you can book for 30 minutes. I assumed that if I walked the dog for an hour, my rate of $15 for 30 minutes would go to $30 for an hour automatically. I just checked how much I got paid for walking the dog this week (M-F) and I got paid for 30 minute walks. How do I go about getting paid for my full amount?
Before accepting the stay, you need to adjust the price to reflect the time adjustment. Now that the stay is over, it might be a little hard to collect. You will need to speak with the owners about the difference as well as Rover if they are inclined.
In the future, double check before booking the stay or if it's easier, ask the pet parents to book it as two walks.

Oh I see now. I assumed the app would just do it for me but now I understand that both the client and I need to agree before hand on the duration and price of each walk. Thank you Moureene!
