What materials do I need to have for house sitting?

I live in an apartment with plenty of space. However, do I provide cage/blankets/toys? Or, do I have the client bring this with them? Anything else I would need?

It is up to you. Usually every client brings in their pets favorite toy, blanket, treats etc. What I do recommend is having plenty of cleaning supplies around for those accidents and air fresheners!

It's really up to you. In my house I have treat, toys, kennels and a baby gate. I'm over protective of other dogs. So if something happens I am fully prepared

Hi! We have kennels, toys, treats, and all kinds of pet stuff here, but if a dog is staying with us, even though we have dog beds, we ask that the owner bring theirs, IF it's special to that dog. That way they have something that makes them feel even more comfortable. The owners always supply the food because changing a pets diet suddenly can cause a lot of problems, and I always ask about allergies and keep only gluten/wheat/corn/grain free treats that are all natural. I have a dog that's allergic to chicken, so we only keep peanut butter or salmon & sweet potato treats on hand. Also, as far as toys go, sometimes with multiple dogs, toys can be more of a hazard than a helpful tool. As far as the cleaning supplies, DEFINITELY keep lots on hand. Try to keep all natural ones that won't hurt pets. I use Naturals Miracle and we also use Theives oil cleaner. Also, if you live in a snowy area, use Paw Thaw. It won't hurt the pets like the other brands can, and make sure you check and clean their paws after they've been out. Hope this helps!

The service you are asking about is boarding. House sitting is when you go to the pet's home and stay there. You should correct that in your Service/Rate table because it does not show that you will board dogs in your home, only go to them.
