clients wants 4 hour visit or daycare. how do I accommodate this via the booking settings?

I have a request for 4 hours of care 3 days a week. I can't find on my settings or in the booking areas how I can book a 4 hours stay rather than just a 30min visit or full day of care. What do you do for services that fall between the typical settings? Is there was way to charge a simple hourly rate rather than a per-visit/stay method?

Hi Mallory,

Yes! You can make price adjustments- when looking at the request, there is a small button to the right of the price where you can make your own adjustments. I usually keep the base visit rate and then add whatever I need to. See this page for additional help:

I would charge a regular daycare rate.

I was leaning that way also but wanted to be sure there was an option.

Yup. It's what you choose to charge. Even when pet parents ask for daycare they may or may not use the whole time. To me, it takes a lot of the day. Also, it's cheaper than 8x30min visits
