can i edit a review resonse?
I made a generic response to a review while an issue was being settled. Can I modify that review to add additional information? If so, how?

Good question! I just tried to edit/update one of my responses to a review and couldn't do it. So I suggest giving Rover Support a call and see if they can edit your response for you on their end. Sorry this client wrote you a really bad review, but I would let dead dogs lie and don't try to edit your response or if you do it had better be short and sweet.
Remember, this is just one booking among many more to come. Sometimes “winning” can come at a cost, like negative reviews and wasted time.
