I use my mac computer and the last few days when I click on rover.com to sign in I get a "glitch". The screen looks funny and it wants me to search sitters. I'm just want to get into my account but it takes a few attempts. Has anyone else had this problem?
Hi Kathleen: Sorry to read you are having problems! At first I thought it could be that you may need a new screen, but reading further, I don't. I have a PC, so this may not apply. When online things get glitchy, I make sure to clear my cache (cookies may be the culprit) and then I run my anti-viral software to look for any viruses.
Have this problem about 1X yr. -In the search "Rover Official Site" comes up and below is the Rover booking, etc. Don't usually have a problem with the latter but the Rover Official Site is like a 3 ring circus trying to get to the "sign in" button. I can see why some of my customers have problems
