The price on my client's request doesnt match my rate?

my rate for a drop in is $13. I got a request for 2 drop ins and it says $20 but shouldnt it be $26? what happened?

It seems like 2 dog walks were booked. Your profile lists Dog Walks at only $10 each (versus Visits at $13 each).

Aside from that: If this client joined Rover after Sept. 2015, there may be a 5-7% service fee on top of the booked service / reservation fee. And depending when you joined and what programs you're enrolled in, you will receive 75- 85% of the booked services.

The service fee paid by the customer does not affect the amount paid to the sitter, from what I understand. The only fee deducted from the sitter fee is the 15/20 % fee charged by Rover, depending on when the sitter signed up.
