Rover partnering. Interest or Ideas?

So, I've been doing this for a while, and I live with my BF who helps out, but works also. I'd like to have a Rover partner who is also looking for either part-time OR full-time (specifically when I need to board, sit, or walk multiple pets). I have a large client base right now and my house can handle several pets at once, but using gates and such, so I'd like another person to actively help give attention.

You may be able to add your BF to your account so both of you are covered by the insurance, but if you are thinking about bringing on a backup sitter this person cannot be on your account.

Sounds to me you are thinking about going independent, getting insurance, and hiring employees or bringing on independent contractors. Best of luck

Well my BF is on the account as the person who lives here also, but I'm looking more for someone who would have their own Rover account and we would just work together and have a reciprocal process of helping each other with bookings. I am 24 and not ready to go independent and have a small house.

I know exactly what you mean, and I've been looking for a similar deal. A sort of professional recommendation relationship with another sitter. When I'm busy, I'd like to have another sitter that I can recommend to my clients, and have them recommend me as backup for their clients in return.
