how do I refund for 1 day when the owner overbooked?
My stay was booked for 11/10- 11/15. She picked the dog up today 11/14. How do I refund her that last day?

You can either call or email Rover, provide the reservation reference information, and the amount to be credited to the customer. They will take care of it.
